By using VinRaptor (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What VinRaptor is

VinRaptor aggregates used car listings published by business sellers (leasing companies, official dealerships, and used-car dealers) across the EU. We are not a marketplace, we do not sell vehicles, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller. When you click through to a listing, you leave our site and deal directly with the original seller under their own terms.

2. No warranty on listing data

Car listings are pulled from third-party sources and refreshed roughly every 6 hours. We do our best to display accurate prices, mileage, specifications, and VINs, but:

  • We don't independently inspect any vehicle.
  • Source data can be wrong, outdated, or change without notice: a car may already be sold, reserved, or repriced by the time you view it.
  • We display the VIN as published or extractable from the source listing; we don't guarantee it's complete, correctly transcribed, or matches the physical vehicle.

Always verify the VIN and the car's condition independently before you buy, in person, with the seller, and ideally with a VIN history check (see Section 4).

VinRaptor is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinRaptor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on listing data, your dealings with any seller, or your use of any third-party service linked from the Site, including purchase decisions, financing, or a car turning out to differ from its listing.

4. Third-party links and partner (affiliate) links

We link to independent VIN history check services (currently Cebia, CarVertical, AutoDNA) and to the original source listing for every car. These are third-party sites we don't control and aren't responsible for. Read the destination site's own terms and privacy policy before using it.

Some verification links may be partner (affiliate) links: if you buy a report after clicking one, the provider may pay us a commission. This never changes the price you pay, and it never influences which cars we show, how we rank them, or what a listing says. Whenever a partner relationship is active, the verification links on the car page carry a short partner notice. Any report you buy is a contract between you and the provider, under the provider's own terms; we're not a party to it and don't guarantee the report's content or results.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from VinRaptor by automated means beyond normal search-engine indexing.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Use the Site to harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to a seller.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates this section.

6. Accounts

Signing in (to save or hide cars, or save search filters) uses a passwordless email code via our sign-in provider. You're responsible for keeping access to your email address secure; anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you. You must provide a real, working email address you control.

7. Intellectual property

The VinRaptor name, logo, and site design are ours. The underlying car listing data belongs to the original source and, ultimately, to the seller; we don't claim ownership over it. Images are hotlinked directly from source listings and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes

We may update the Site, these Terms, or discontinue the service at any time. Material changes to these Terms will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Czech courts, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
